With over 30 years of extensive experience in the building industry, Brad has established himself as a leader in real estate development, construction management, and engineering solutions. 
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston. His educational background equips him with a robust understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of construction projects. 
As a member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), he remains dedicated to professional growth and excellence in the field. Under Brad's leadership, Apple Tree Construction & Engineering LLC has successfully completed a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from conceptual planning and building design to energy studies and computational fluid dynamics analysis. 

His notable achievements include: 

- **Infrastructure Projects:**  Conducted feasibility studies for high-speed railway systems in Iraq and Spain and provided supervisory services for the Korea High-Speed Railway System, ensuring quality control and project integrity. 

- **Commercial Development:** Oversaw the construction of multiple retail locations, including Picco Molo ice cream stores and Fast Frame stores across New Jersey and New York. 

- **Residential and Office Spaces:** Managed the development of ABC Plaza in Palisades Park, NJ, and a residential condominium in Fort Lee, NJ, showcasing his versatility in handling various types of construction projects.

Construction Management Service

Apple Tree Construction LLC serves as a comprehensive Construction Manager, overseeing projects from start to finish. Our role includes pre-construction and design reviews, addressing design, constructability, and budget concerns, and detailed planning of construction activities and schedules. We handle project cost controls, pre-qualify subcontractors and vendors, coordinate subcontractor activities, and manage scheduling, procurement, safety compliance, and quality assurance. We keep clients updated through weekly meetings and monthly reports, extending support through project completion and the post-construction phase. We offer two types of contractual agreements: fee for services and guaranteed maximum price (GMP), with potential savings returned to the client, and are open to discussing the best option for your project.

Program/Project Management

Apple Tree Construction & Engineering LLC serves as the project manager (PM) for construction projects. We oversee all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to construction and completion. We work closely with the owner to manage field personnel and trades, and ensure compliance with contract documents. Our focus is on enhancing quality, controlling costs, and maintaining schedules.
